Applicants seeking admission into the Post Masters in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program must be willing to complete the clinical practicum rotations in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington DC, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Maryland.

International Applicants (as well as Immigrants to the U.S. and U.S. Permanent Residents whose native language is not English, and who have not received a Bachelor's degree or higher in the U.S., Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or the United Kingdom) must demonstrate proficiency in English speaking as well as listening, writing and reading by satisfactory scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). US citizens born on US military bases abroad may be waived from the TOEFL requirement after submitting documentation of this status. Otherwise, applicants must meet one of the following requirements.
